Cause

The RTT server, which provides RTT (Round Trip Time) information from Mudfish, hangs in communication with the internal DB server. Due to this issue, the overall process is blocked. In the case of this issue, it does not seem to be caused by the issue of the Mudfish daemon fundamentally, but it seems to be an issue caused by the inability to handle the exception situation smoothly.

There would have been no problems in using the Mudfish nodes, but there were situations in which RTT information and various connection information were not properly serviced. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Failure Duration

• 2022-06-05 12:40 AM ~ 2022-06-06 2:35 AM (based on PST)
• For about 1 hour and 50 minutes, Mudfish RTT information-related services did not work properly. Other than that, there was no problem using the website or the service in general.

Action and Progress

• Patched to explicitly set connection / read / write timeout when connecting to DB.
