Service Outage Report - 20190302

Summary

This outage is caused by DDoS attack from 22,000 bots. Due to too heavy loads on the web servers and load balancers, the homepage of Mudfish starts to be lagged and almost stop to work.

Outage Time

• 2019-3-2 6:30 PM ~ 2019-3-2 10 PM (KST)
  • For 3 ~ 4 hours, accessing the homepage of Mudfish was hard and very laggy.

Current Status

• Currently mudfish is operating the security policy to protect our services
• All services of Mudfish should work fine now.
