Service Outage Report - 20151204

Summary

There was a core daemon problem which handles all TCP / UDP connections of Mudfish Cloud VPN last night. By this problem, most of established or new connections was interrupted and not handled properly.

Outage Time

This problem lasted around 11 hours.

• 2015-12-03 23:00 ~ 2015-12-04 10:00
• While mudfish nodes are under outage, master server, web and DB servers worked normally.
• Some mudfish nodes were not affected by this issue.

Done

At this moment, all mudfish nodes are working fine. And mudfish core daemon is patched by proper code fixes.
