Announcement to change Data Plan

This is a guide for changing the data plan of the "Mudfish Cloud VPN" service operated by Mudfish Networks Inc. This plan is applied from April 1, 2020.

Since the last update of data plan at October 1, 2015, we'd like to announce that there will be few changes on our data plan

Changes

At mudfish there's multiple currencies supported so it'll be changed too.

  • The minimum payment amount will change to $4.99 from $2.99. You will no longer be able to buy mudfish credits at $2.99.
  • Add the amount you can pay $19.99.

So is the price going up?

That's right. Only the minimum payment amount will be changed from $2.99 to $4.99 with no other changes.

Why is the price suddenly rising?

The biggest reason is due to the commission increase (transaction fee) of PG (Payment Gateway) companies. PG companies usually calculate their transaction fee based on % (percent), but for small amounts (usually under $10), the fixed rate fee (from $0.4 ~ $1.0) is applied. This led to price adjustments.

When will your plan change?

It will change in from April 1, 2020.
