At this wiki page, it describes how to set up Mudfish for App Players such as Nox, Momo and !BlueStacks.  At this moment the following settings are available via Mudfish:

No.  Because Mudfish doesn't hook a library API to redirect the programs or the games, I can't make the item for App Player itself.  You need to ask to register the game itself rather than App Player.
